Team Member – Restaurant Crew

About the role

Taco Bell in Carlsbad, NM is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the front‑of‑house team. As a Team Member you will deliver fast, fun and friendly service while gaining valuable experience in the restaurant industry.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers by taking orders, processing sales, handling cash and addressing inquiries.
• Prepare menu items, maintain product quality, and monitor service equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and safe in line with Labor Board, OSHA and company standards.
• Unload, stock and maintain inventory levels as needed.

Required profile

• At least 16 years old with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
• Eager to learn, work as a team player and uphold customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Operation of a cash register / POS system.
• Basic math for handling transactions.
