Team Member – Opening Shifts (up to $15/hr)

About the role

Join the fast‑paced Taco Bell team in Carlsbad as an Opening Shift Team Member. You’ll deliver friendly, quick service to customers while learning the fundamentals of restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers: take orders, process sales, handle cash and resolve issues.
• Prepare food items and maintain product quality.
• Monitor and maintain service equipment according to safety standards.
• Keep the work area clean and safe, following Labor Board and OSHA regulations.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels.

Required profile

• At least 16 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Excellent communication and punctuality.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lb and perform repetitive movements.

Required skills

• Operating a cash register / POS system.
• Basic math for cash handling.
• Food preparation techniques.
