Team Manager – Retail (San Antonio)

About the role

The Team Manager will support the Store Director in leading, developing and motivating the sales, operations and security teams of a Tiffany store. Acting as the on‑site leader when the Director is absent, you will ensure an exceptional client experience while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and guide sales and operations staff to meet or exceed commercial and profitability targets.
• Lead a collaborative, service‑focused team culture that delivers extraordinary client experiences.
• Deepen client relationships, manage key accounts, and drive sales across product pillars.
• Oversee store hospitality, amenities and NPS feedback to continuously improve service.
