Team CDL‑A Truck Driver – $140k‑$160k Salary

About the role

As a Team Driver you will pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between R+L Carriers’ service centers and turn‑point locations. Teams operate on a 5‑days‑on, 2‑days‑off schedule, giving you regular home time each week.

Key responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53 feet or double trailers on assigned routes.
• Maintain a 5‑day on‑road, 2‑day home schedule.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with DOT regulations.

Required profile

• CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable combined experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤3 moving violations in 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military‑to‑civilian transition).
• Pass pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen and road test.
• Ability to lift, bend and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• CDL Class A certification.
• Haz‑mat endorsement (preferred).
• Double trailer operation experience.
• Tanker endorsement (preferred).
