Teaching Assistant – Full‑Time (Contract)

About the role

The Nestlé Purina Child Development Center is seeking a nurturing Teaching Assistant to support infants through pre‑kindergarten classrooms. You will work alongside experienced early‑childhood professionals in a NAEYC‑accredited environment on the Purina campus, helping to implement a play‑based curriculum and promote a safe, engaging learning space.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate one‑on‑one and group learning activities that are hands‑on and developmentally appropriate.
• Assist Lead Teachers in delivering lesson plans, including math, literacy, and science activities.
• Use daily mealtimes as opportunities to teach social and communication skills.
• Maintain classroom schedules, routines, and health‑safety standards.
• Communicate daily with parents about their child’s experiences and progress.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in early‑childhood settings.
