Tax Specialist (Part-time)

About the role

Reboot Monkey is looking for a detail‑oriented Tax Specialist to own tax compliance and financial reporting across its international datacenter operations. This part‑time, 100 % remote position supports a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment and ensures the accuracy and scalability of global finances.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and month‑end closing for multiple regions.
• Prepare and file taxes in various international jurisdictions, staying up‑to‑date with local tax law changes.
• Maintain rigorous internal controls and support external audits.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance scalability.
• Provide financial insights and advisory support to leadership for international expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience with a focus on international tax and compliance.
• Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly analytical, organized and able to work independently across time zones.
