Tax Manager

About the role

Make an impact as a Tax Manager by helping the organization navigate an evolving and complex tax landscape. In this role you will safeguard compliance, proactively manage financial and regulatory risk, and uncover opportunities to optimise tax efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all direct tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and tax reporting activities to ensure compliance with federal, state and international regulations.
• Manage tax audits, examinations and litigation matters, coordinating responses with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Provide strategic tax advice on business transactions, acquisitions, projects, restructurings and other initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with tax authorities, external auditors, tax advisors and relevant business organisations.
• Monitor tax positions and cash tax obligations to optimise outcomes while maintaining compliance.
• Stay informed on changes to tax laws, regulations and jurisprudence, assess business impacts and recommend actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field (required).
• CPA certification preferred.
• 5‑7 years of progressive tax management experience in a multinational organisation or public‑accounting environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing tax compliance, reporting, audits and complex tax issues.
• Strong understanding of transfer pricing, tax risk management and international tax structures.
• Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross‑functional teams.
