Associate Managing Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services (Deploy)

About the role

As an Associate Managing Consultant within Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services Deploy practice, you will lead a portfolio of strategic projects that drive measurable value for our clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design, implement and realize benefits from complex technology and business transformations across the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale enterprise programs, from initiation through benefit realization.
• Lead PMO activities, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget and quality criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and shared resources to address interdependencies and drive successful outcomes.
• Support clients in strengthening internal capabilities, knowledge transfer and process optimization.
• Facilitate the Deploy suite of consulting solutions to de‑risk implementation, adoption and product evolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑level programs in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated leadership of PMOs across multiple clients or business units.
• Formal accreditation in recognized project, change or service‑management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Ability to realign scope and objectives to maximize value extraction.
