About the role

Join PwC’s Tax practice in Silicon Valley as a Tax JD Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to global tax complexities while supporting client‑focused tax strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive tax advice and planning.
• Assist in the preparation and review of consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Participate in corporate tax planning and compliance activities.
• Engage in tax modeling, post‑deal integration, and finance integration projects.
• Conduct research on tax regulations and industry‑specific tax issues.
• Collaborate on purchase and sale agreements and other transaction‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Juris Doctorate degree.
• Committed to meeting educational requirements and passing the Bar exam before full‑time employment.
• Typically in the second year of a three‑year JD program at the time of application.
