About the role

As a Tax JD Associate at PwC in Sacramento, you will work with clients to navigate global tax regulations, delivering tailored tax services that optimise strategies, minimise risk and ensure compliance. Key responsibilities

• Navigate complex global tax regulations to optimise strategies and reduce risk.
• Prepare consolidated tax returns and income tax provisions.
• Support corporate tax planning and transaction work to drive sustainable growth.
• Participate in post‑deal integration, including tax and finance integration.
• Collaborate with teams to develop tax models and deliver consulting services.
• Conduct research and assist in the analysis of purchase and sale agreements for tax implications.
• Contribute to client support through active listening and teamwork.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Juris Doctor degree.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Commitment to meet educational requirements and pass the Bar exam before full‑time start.
• Final academic year or recent graduate status.
