Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Onsite (Conshohocken, PA)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to support onsite operations at our Conshohocken, PA facility. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the procurement of temporary and contract talent while leveraging advanced sourcing technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from requisition to offer.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to define needs and select optimal sourcing strategies.
• Utilize procurement and Vendor Management System (VMS) tools to move requisitions through internal processes.
• Prepare and present regular talent community, team performance, and VMS analytics to leadership.
• Monitor daily requisition progress, coordinate interviews, and negotiate bill rates.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and corrections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management and talent acquisition within a labor‑market context.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a consultative approach.
• Ability to analyze data, prioritize competing tasks, and adhere to process documentation.
