Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant

About the role

The Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant partners with hiring managers to source and place temporary or contract talent for on‑site operations in Conshohocken, PA. The role blends full‑cycle recruitment with expertise in procurement technology to meet immediate workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, from requisition to offer.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to define needs and select sourcing strategies.
• Leverage procurement technology tools and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to move requisitions through client processes.
• Provide detailed data and documentation to supply‑chain teams and present talent community, performance, and VMS metrics to leadership.
• Monitor daily requisition progress, perform resume screening, and shortlist top candidates.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing, and rate negotiations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain compliance with Kelly’s documentation standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contingent workforce management and recruitment.
• Familiarity with procurement technology platforms and VMS tools.
• Strong client‑facing communication and consultative skills.
• Analytical ability to generate and present talent and performance reports.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adhere to process documentation.
