Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to help Tremendous build a world‑class team as we expand globally. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create high‑quality pipelines for a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑caliber candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals and other sourcing tools.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies for open positions across functions.
• Research talent markets, candidate profiles and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Use data and feedback to improve sourcing conversion, outreach quality and pipeline health.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in a growth‑stage company.
• Strong curiosity about talent markets and ability to turn ambiguous requirements into focused candidate lists.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
