Talent Attraction Partner

About the role

Duolingo is looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to join our recruiting team and drive outbound and referral talent efforts. You will focus on sourcing top talent for Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles, helping us achieve our mission of universal education.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to design tailored sourcing strategies for a mix of Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high‑quality candidates using outbound sourcing, market maps and CRM re‑engagement.
• Conduct recruiter screens, evaluate technical alignment and provide calibrated recommendations.
• Create talent intelligence reports that deliver total addressable market insights and guide pipeline prioritization.
• Run A/B tests on outreach tactics, iterating to improve candidate funnel performance while balancing speed and personalization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of sourcing experience focused on high‑volume outbound support.
• Proven ability to engage diverse, hard‑to‑reach talent pools and nurture relationships.
• Strong time‑management, organizational skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced environment and adapting sourcing strategies as needs evolve.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
• Hands‑on knowledge of sourcing tools such as Gem and SeekOut.
• Fluent in Boolean logic for complex search queries.
• Expertise in CRM re‑engagement searches.
• Data‑driven approach to candidate engagement.
