Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will support The Chefs' Warehouse by sourcing, screening and hiring talent for a variety of positions. This onsite role works closely with hiring managers across our Dallas and Las Vegas locations.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall hiring strategy to build diverse, qualified teams.
• Develop and execute sourcing initiatives, including employer branding and pipeline creation.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviews, assessments and background checks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview expectations.
• Coordinate job fairs and recruitment events to expand candidate pools.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in talent acquisition or full‑cycle recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Familiarity with social media, CV databases and professional networking sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive sourcing.
