Key responsibilities

• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close, eliminating administrative friction and ensuring a world‑class experience for every hire.
• Create automated workflows that scale our reach while maintaining the personal touch required to attract top talent.
• Build a system to identify and engage candidates, treating the recruiting funnel with the same rigor as a sales or product pipeline.
• Establish the narrative that positions Clarion as the first choice for ambitious candidates.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years in talent acquisition within high‑growth SaaS or early‑stage startups, with a proven record of landing high‑caliber technical talent.
• Clear, compelling communicator who can translate Clarion’s mission into a resonant narrative.
• Comfortable in fast‑paced, unstructured environments; proactive in identifying and solving process bottlenecks.
• Ability to manage complex hiring projects from start to finish, coordinating across multiple teams with high precision.
• Excited to work in‑person at our NYC office.
