Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Manager to lead our recruiting efforts and support day‑to‑day HR functions. This fully remote position will act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, helping to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while ensuring HR processes align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal talent acquisition from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, managing 60‑65% of time on recruiting activities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract exceptional candidates.
• Coordinate candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding schedules and training plans to facilitate new‑hire integration.
• Execute day‑to‑day HR processes, including workforce planning, performance management support, and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership on DEI initiatives and contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.
• Utilize workforce data, reporting, and analytics to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ability to partner with executive leadership and understand hiring priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment law compliance and HR best practices.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data for strategic insights.
