About the role

This senior HR leadership position partners closely with executive stakeholders to shape and execute people strategies that support business transformation and commercial success. The role operates at the intersection of talent strategy, organizational design, and change leadership, influencing both field‑based and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Drive organizational design and large‑scale change management efforts to improve agility.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence on compensation, diversity & inclusion, and culture initiatives.
• Use data, insights, and analytics to inform decisions and improve workforce outcomes.
• Foster employee engagement and an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Coach and develop leaders while contributing to broader HR capability building.

Required profile

• Extensive HR leadership experience with strong business acumen.
• Proven track record of driving organizational change and translating business needs into HR solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years HR experience, or Master’s with 7+ years, or Doctorate with 4+ years.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting senior executive teams.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management capabilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
