Talent Acquisition Administrator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Administrator supports the recruiting function by managing offer processes, coordinating pre‑employment activities, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This onsite role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, proofread and distribute offer letters while ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.
• Schedule and track fit‑for‑duty exams, coordinate candidate travel, and manage expense reimbursements.
• Process invoices for recruitment vendors and support hiring events, job fairs, and campus recruiting logistics.
• Maintain candidate records, offer letters, and testing results in compliance with company policy.
• Prepare staffing reports, conduct exit interviews, and administer recruitment surveys.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, recruitment, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms (preferred).
