About the role
Career Team is seeking a WIOA Program Lead to coordinate and manage assigned workforce development programs. This onsite role reports to the Program Director and focuses on policy implementation, compliance analysis, and continuous improvement of services for job seekers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement a quality‑management model to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Lead project staff to meet performance goals, ensuring accurate case file reviews and zero disallowed costs.
- Utilize the Tennessee VOS system to analyze performance data and address deficiencies.
- Identify and maintain community partnerships, handling customer complaints promptly.
- Develop and enforce procedures that align staff actions with WIOA performance measures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience, with 2‑4 years of proven management skills.
- Strong knowledge of workforce development program operations and contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
