Systems Analyst, Development Operations

About the role

The Systems Analyst, Development Operations will support MSF USA’s fundraising and project‑management technology ecosystem. You will translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions that improve system integration, data quality, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across fundraising systems, integrations, and project‑management software.
• Lead discovery and solutioning sessions, producing data‑mapping, transformation, validation‑rule, and exception‑handling specifications.
• Design and implement system changes and integrations, notably using MuleSoft Anypoint/IDP and Form Assembly‑to‑CRM workflows.
• Own the Jira Service Management operating model, including intake standards, prioritization, SLAs, reporting, and backlog governance.
• Conduct trend and root‑cause analysis to identify systemic issues and lead cross‑functional remediation.
• Govern system access and documentation, performing access reviews, audit readiness, knowledge‑base updates, and UAT scenario creation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day administration such as access provisioning, license oversight, and cross‑team coordination.

Required profile

• Organized, tech‑savvy professional with experience in software development within a nonprofit or humanitarian context.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and translate business requirements into clear technical designs.
• Strong analytical mindset for root‑cause analysis and process optimisation.
