Systems Administrator – M365

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator specializing in Microsoft 365 to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. The role ensures the stability, security, and performance of our Microsoft‑based infrastructure while delivering reliable support to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services to keep collaboration platforms running efficiently.
• Maintain Active Directory, handling user provisioning, group management, access controls, and policy enforcement.
• Manage Windows Server environments, including configuration, patching, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Provide support for Windows 10 endpoints, troubleshooting OS issues and improving device reliability.
• Maintain Dell Technologies hardware infrastructure to ensure dependable system operation.
• Support Citrix‑based environments, addressing access, performance, and session issues for remote and on‑site users.
• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Document administrative procedures, technical configurations, and support activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration within enterprise IT environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory administration and security management.
• Hands‑on experience managing Windows Server platforms in production.
• Proficiency supporting Windows 10 devices and resolving desktop OS issues.
• Familiarity with Citrix technologies and Dell hardware support practices.
