System Project Manager – Non‑Technical Program Manager

About the role

The System Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the successful execution of assigned semiconductor capital equipment and NSO projects from release through customer shipment. The SPM acts as the central coordination point across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Quality, Configuration Management, and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day execution of assigned projects from release through shipment, developing and communicating schedules, milestones, and deliverable commitments.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor performance, identify risks, and implement recovery actions.
• Manage scope changes, configuration updates, BOM modifications, and ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Partner with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to support production prioritization, tool scheduling, and shipment readiness.
• Facilitate project reviews, status meetings, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
