System Administrator (MSP)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator with strong network administration experience to support a diverse client base in a Managed Services Provider environment. The role involves maintaining, securing, and optimizing client infrastructure across servers, virtual platforms, storage, and on‑site data centers while collaborating with service desk and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).
• Manage virtualized platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper‑V, including provisioning, migrations, snapshots, and performance tuning.
• Support and maintain SAN/NAS storage arrays, LUN management, and lifecycle upgrades.
• Oversee Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, server patching, backups, disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot firewalls, switches and routers (Fortinet, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Aruba) and manage VLANs, VPNs, routing and network security.
• Provide on‑site data‑center support: rack‑and‑stack, cabling, hardware installs, and coordination with vendors.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, ticket handling, documentation and client communication in a fast‑paced MSP setting.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience in an MSP or multi‑tenant environment (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
• Experience working in data centers or server rooms.
