SWD Operator – Rotating Day & Night Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, safety‑focused SWD (Salt Water Disposal) Operator to join our Bourg, Louisiana facility. The role involves handling produced water from transport trucks and ensuring the equipment runs smoothly on a rotating 14‑day schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain SWD pumps, valves and storage tanks.
• Safely off‑load and process produced water from transport trucks.
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor maintenance tasks.
• Accurately record daily volumes, equipment readings and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized and compliant worksite at all times.
• Follow all environmental, safety and PPE protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers and supervisors.

Required profile

• Willingness to work 14‑day rotating day and night shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety practices and proper PPE usage.
• Previous SWD or oilfield waste handling experience is a plus.

Required skills

• SWD equipment operation (pumps, valves, tanks).
• Pump and valve handling.
• Routine equipment maintenance.
• Data logging of equipment readings and volumes.
