About the role

Precision Strategies is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead digital strategy within its Strategic Communications team, based in New York or Washington, DC. The role drives cutting‑edge content, platform innovation, and measurement frameworks for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Own large client engagements, managing relationships, workstreams, budgets, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Set the vision for content excellence, shaping agency voice, storytelling frameworks, and digital platform capabilities.
• Lead cross‑functional integration across communications, data, creative, and paid media to advance client priorities.
• Oversee measurement strategy, data analytics, and performance storytelling aligned with business objectives.
• Manage mid‑level staff through coaching, performance reviews, and fostering a high‑morale culture.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital media measurement, or related fields, preferably with agency background.
• Proven direct client management experience with large organizations and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop junior talent while handling multiple client projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
