Account Executive - Travel & Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our Strategic Communications Division, focusing on luxury travel and hospitality brands. You will support the execution of communications strategies through media and influencer relations, client communication, and account administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support PR campaign execution by securing media and influencer coverage aligned with client goals.
• Assist with day‑to‑day client communications, including media opportunities, status updates, and reporting.
• Research, build, and maintain media and influencer lists while monitoring industry trends.
• Draft pitches, press releases, fact sheets, and other client‑facing materials.
• Coordinate media visits, interviews, and influencer experiences, handling logistics and supporting materials.
• Conduct media monitoring, track coverage, and prepare regular reporting.
• Maintain account organization through trackers, calendars, press kits, and asset management.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented communicator with a passion for storytelling.
• Interest in hospitality, travel, and lifestyle industries.
• Curious and up‑to‑date on media, consumer, and industry trends.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented.
• Strong writer with excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
