Sustainability Reporting & Assurance Internship (Summer 2027)

About the role

Join PwC’s Assurance practice as a Sustainability Reporting & Assurance Intern for the Summer of 2027. You will support projects that enhance the credibility of ESG disclosures, gaining hands‑on experience with leading sustainability frameworks and PwC’s methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze ESG data to support sustainability reporting initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports aligned with standards such as GRI and TCFD.
• Support evaluation of climate finance and nature finance mechanisms.
• Conduct data modeling and analysis to provide performance insights.
• Participate in materiality assessments and prioritize significant ESG issues.
• Observe audit processes and learn from experienced auditors.
• Contribute to technical solutions that improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sustainable Resource Management, Environmental Science, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
