About the role
RB Sushi is looking for an enthusiastic Sushi Chef to join our team on a part‑time basis. This position offers a supportive work environment where you can develop your culinary skills while delivering high‑quality sushi to our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of sushi items, including rolls, sashimi, and nigiri.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and kitchen area.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience as a sushi chef.
- Positive, upbeat attitude with strong work ethic.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work Saturdays and collaborate effectively with a team.
