Supply Planner – Global Inventory Management

About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a Supply Planner to own global inventory planning and fulfillment strategies for specific product categories. The role focuses on maximizing service levels worldwide while maintaining healthy inventory balances.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update global inventory plans, balancing supply‑chain constraints, demand priorities, and service impacts.
• Manage daily priorities and ensure timely, high‑quality completion of assigned tasks.
• Collaborate daily with demand planning, production, logistics, sales, marketing and product development to orchestrate optimal outcomes.
• Handle purchase order management aligned with inventory plans, adjusting flows for demand changes, supply constraints, reworks, substitutions or transfers.
• Participate in portfolio, demand‑forecast and supply reviews, updating SKU lifecycles, launch dates, ABC classifications and global constraints.
• Work with the manager to resolve issues and define corrective actions.
