Supply Chain Technician

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Technician to support our lab and production operations. In this role you will manage the flow of mission‑critical hardware, from receipt through inventory to deployment, ensuring engineers have the components they need quickly and reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving and both domestic and international freight for specialized hardware.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement systems such as Kanban to avoid stock‑outs.
• Organise lab spaces, track and calibrate equipment, and ensure availability for engineering projects.
• Partner with engineering teams to streamline the source‑to‑shelf lifecycle for rapid prototyping.
• Track high‑value assets and materials across internal ERP/MRP systems.
• Support day‑to‑day logistics and operational workflows in lab and production environments.

Required profile

• U.S. Person as defined by ITAR/EAR (U.S. citizen, green‑card holder, or protected individual).
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or production support.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and operate material‑handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• ERP and MRP systems for inventory tracking and purchase order management.
• Kanban inventory management.
• Handling of sensitive hardware, including ESD and cleanroom protocols.
• Material handling equipment operation.
