Supply Chain Planning Manager – Kinaxis

About the role

As a Connected Supply Chain, Planning – Kinaxis Manager you will help clients optimise their end‑to‑end supply chain, improve visibility and drive collaboration across the network. Working within PwC’s Management Consulting practice you will combine technology, data analytics and industry expertise to create agile, cost‑effective supply chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply‑chain optimisation projects to increase operational efficiency.
• Analyse client processes, identify improvement opportunities and design strategic solutions.
• Implement Kinaxis and other supply‑chain management software together with data‑analytics tools.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery to meet client expectations.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, leveraging their strengths to improve performance.
• Develop inventory‑management and distribution‑channel strategies.
• Address stakeholder conflicts and drive critical conversations to resolve issues.
• Promote operational excellence and ensure compliance with professional and technical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in fields such as Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management, Science or Marketing.
• Proven ability to think analytically and solve complex supply‑chain problems.
