Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Radiant Industries is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, negotiation, and acquisition of components and services for its portable nuclear micro‑reactor systems. The role works closely with Supplier Development Engineers, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations to ensure suppliers meet strict quality, technical, and delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, capacity, and strategic fit.
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms, lead times, and other contract elements.
• Develop, review, and manage supplier agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and purchase order terms.
• Oversee the full purchase order lifecycle from requisition to closure, ensuring timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers as the primary commercial contact.
• Analyze market trends and total cost of ownership to drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Assess and mitigate supply chain risks such as supplier financial health and geopolitical factors.
• Track and report procurement metrics, including on‑time delivery and cost reductions.
