Supply Chain Intern - Summer 2027

About the role

Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 Supply Chain internship in Florida, with onsite work flexibility. The intern contributes to real projects, gains exposure to mentors and learns to document and present complex processes clearly. The role targets students in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Supply chain operations: exposure to production scheduling, receiving inspection, distribution, logistics, warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Material planning: help build visibility between supply planning and global procurement on incoming materials and site needs.
• Track material flow from supply planning and procurement through receipt, scheduling, kitting and shipping.
• Process improvement: identify gaps, analyse root causes and recommend improvements across the material flow.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, remaining enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative 3.0 GPA or above (preferred).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

What we offer

• $20 to $35 per hour, depending on location
