Supply Chain Associate

About the role

Radiant is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support sourcing and acquisition of components, materials, and services for its portable nuclear micro‑reactor systems. You will work closely with Supplier Development Engineers, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day purchase order tracking and expediting for assigned commodities.
• Analyze supplier quotes and cost data to identify savings opportunities.
• Support risk assessments of supplier capacity and technical readiness.
• Track procurement metrics and contribute to supplier scorecards.
• Assist with negotiation preparation and draft/review MSAs, NDAs, and PO terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, hardware, or engineering projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and travel up to 30% to supplier sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Familiarity with standard office software.
