About the role

Radiant, an El Segundo‑based startup developing portable nuclear microreactors, is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to support its growing operations. This position is ideal for a new graduate eager to apply analytical and negotiation skills in a fast‑moving, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and favorable terms with critical suppliers.
• Support a portfolio of purchase orders to ensure on‑time delivery aligned with project schedules.
• Demonstrate cost savings and avoidance through effective sourcing strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive supplier performance reports focusing on commercial and delivery metrics.
• Mitigate identified supply chain risks and streamline procurement processes.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or related discipline.
• Graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
