Supervising Associate - Secure Access Operations (1Badge Services)

About the role

EY's Enterprise Technology division offers secure, reliable technology services to its people worldwide. This Supervising Associate role supports and improves EY's 1Badge services across the Americas region, reporting to the Secure Access leadership team within Office Technology. It covers the support, administration and continuous improvement of Physical Access and credential management services, with primary responsibility for the United States and assistance for Canada, Mexico and South America. The role works with workplace teams, security teams, vendors and service providers, and requires flexibility across multiple U.S. time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for 1Badge (Physical Access) services across the Americas.
• Provide technical administration and operational support for Physical Access control platforms, including CCURE 9000, and for HID Mobile Access and mobile credential provisioning.
• Support the Victor Video Management System (VMS).
• Troubleshoot credentialing, access control, reader, camera and related technology issues, coordinating with field technicians, vendors and local office contacts.
• Manage and coordinate incidents, using ServiceNow for incidents, service requests, knowledge articles and workflows.
• Support onboarding of new offices, renovations and expansions, and provide guidance and training to colleagues and service providers.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, user guides, training materials and communications; monitor operational trends and partner with global Secure Access teams on projects.
• Support compliance, audit, risk and security requirements for Physical Access and credential management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Security Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 3-5+ years supporting enterprise technology platforms, physical security systems, access control technologies or similar operational support environments.
• Preferred certifications: CCURE 9000, HID, ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow, PSP or other security technology certifications.
• English communication skills; Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to work remotely in a globally distributed environment, with little to no routine travel.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise Physical Access control systems and credential management technologies.
• Working knowledge of CCURE 9000, HID Mobile Access and Victor VMS.
• Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and ability to coordinate resolution across geographically dispersed teams.
