Summer 2027 Marketing Intern - Minnesota

About the role

Stryker is looking for a Summer 2027 Marketing intern in Bloomington, Minnesota. The internship is onsite and offers hands-on work on commercialization, product development and medical education projects, with mentorship from business leaders. It targets students majoring in Marketing, Business, Business Administration/Management or Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Downstream Marketing: contribute to campaign development, messaging and positioning, and gather customer insights to validate campaigns and commercial models
• Upstream Marketing: support product development and strategic marketing initiatives with R&D, Marketing and customer insights teams
• Medical Education: coordinate and run courses and programs, analyze program data for reporting and insights, and apply internal branding guidelines to communications
• Use internal communication tools to collaborate and share updates

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, remaining enrolled after the internship
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (preferred)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need sponsorship
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment

• $20 minimum to $35 maximum hourly wage
