Summer 2027 Internship - Downstream Marketing Intern

About the role

Stryker is offering a Summer 2027 internship for a Downstream Marketing Intern based in Texas (Flower Mound). The internship is onsite and focuses on commercialization activities that connect the company's products, customers and markets. It suits students majoring in Marketing, Business, Business Administration/Management or Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Support downstream marketing initiatives, including campaign development, messaging and positioning.
• Gain field experience alongside sales members and surgeons.
• Help gather customer insights to validate campaigns and commercial models using Stryker's Big Picture Marketing framework.
• Document complex processes and present them clearly.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, remaining enrolled after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and does not need sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

What we offer

• Pay of $20 minimum to $35 maximum per hour.
• Sign-on bonus.
