Student Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville is seeking a Student Engagement Coordinator to support student employees, graduate assistants, and the broader campus community. This temporary, fixed‑term professional staff position will manage the workflow for student job postings and facilitate engagement initiatives across the university.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the Workday “Find Jobs” portal for student employees and graduate assistants.
• Coordinate posting, tracking, and closing of student job opportunities.
• Provide guidance to students on application procedures and draft submissions.
• Serve as a liaison between students, departments, and university HR to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of job postings, applications, and hiring timelines.

Required profile

• Experience working in a higher‑education environment or student services.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with university HR systems is preferred.
