Research Services Specialist

About the role

The Research Services Specialist supports the University of Arkansas Library Services by providing research assistance to students, faculty, and staff. This regular, day‑shift position is based on the Fayetteville campus and contributes to the university’s mission of advancing research and education.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patrons in locating and using research resources, databases, and library collections.
• Provide reference and research support for academic projects and faculty inquiries.
• Maintain and update library service tools and informational guides.
• Collaborate with library staff to promote research services and outreach programs.
