About the role

The Student Coordinator supports the Motion Student Director in overseeing ministry activities for middle and high school students, helping the church maximize its impact on youth.

Key responsibilities

Build and lead teams for Motion services, events, outreach, trainings, and after‑parties.
Support 12 Motion Nights and 26 Motion Midweek gatherings each year.
Assist in planning retreats, mission trips, and conferences, handling logistics such as rooming lists, transportation, and chaperone coordination.
Manage purchase orders, receipts, and finances for all Motion events.
Oversee Rock Connections for prospective Dream Team members and student follow‑up, and supervise social media and creative teams.

Required profile

Passionate about Jesus, students, and the local church.
Strong administrative, organizational, and pastoral skills.
Ability to recruit, develop, and lead Dream Teams.

Required skills

Proficiency with Rock, Intacct, Martus, and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication.
