About the role
The Student Accountability Graduate Assistant supports the University of Arkansas in managing student accountability processes over a nine‑month academic term. This position works closely with university staff and students, using the Workday system to maintain accurate records and facilitate reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the administration of student accountability initiatives and related documentation.
- Enter, update, and verify student data in Workday.
- Generate routine reports and summaries for departmental use.
- Coordinate communication between students, faculty, and administrative offices.
- Provide on‑site support for student inquiries related to accountability policies.
Required profile
- Current graduate student enrolled at the University of Arkansas system.
- Eligibility to work on campus and access university systems.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills
- Workday (experience with the platform is preferred).
