Strategy & Operations Analyst

About the role

The Strategy & Operations Analyst supports business growth through data‑driven analysis, operational improvement and identification of performance opportunities. You will work independently to query data, translate findings into actionable insights and partner with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Develop data‑driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and product performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to monitor key business objectives.
• Analyze performance across acquisition, engagement, conversion and servicing to uncover growth opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders.
• Monitor results after process changes or product launches and suggest further improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in data analytics, business analysis, strategy or a similar analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and validation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple analyses and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Preferred experience in fintech, payments, lending or financial services.

Required skills

• SQL (ability to write complex queries independently).
