About the role

Infosys is looking for a Strategic QE Consultant to join its Healthcare unit in Sunnyvale, CA. The role focuses on applying advanced process‑analysis techniques and AI‑driven solutions to improve patient experiences and reduce costs across the healthcare ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive process analysis initiatives using process mining, workflow simulation and efficiency modelling to uncover strategic improvement opportunities.
• Develop complex data models that deliver actionable insights for process enhancement and long‑term business planning.
• Evaluate complex IT solutions from a process‑centric perspective, ensuring they streamline operations and meet organizational goals.
• Create technical documentation that translates intricate process concepts for both practitioners and business stakeholders.
• Research emerging process tools, assess vendor roadmaps, and recommend cutting‑edge solutions to boost efficiency and innovation.
• Design architectural blueprints for process enhancements and automation, addressing immediate and future business needs while ensuring scalability and system health.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality engineering and testing strategy, preferably within a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
• Strong background in consulting processes and delivering technical solutions to large enterprises.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on adopting new technologies and continuous improvement.
