About the role

Surventis is looking for a senior professional to lead technical and product performance initiatives for strategic collision‑repair customers across North America. The role combines field‑based consulting, advanced diagnostics, and partnership with multi‑shop operators to drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance‑improvement initiatives for key multi‑shop operator (MSO) accounts.
• Partner with customer leadership teams to improve business results and support long‑term growth.
• Conduct advanced diagnostics and root‑cause analysis to improve cycle time, quality, efficiency, and profitability.
• Resolve complex technical and operational challenges in body‑shop production processes.
• Lead training and performance‑development programs for technical teams and distributor resources.
• Coach technical teams and provide guidance on workflow optimization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of automotive refinish experience, including advanced application techniques and performance‑driven problem solving.
• Proven technical leadership with a track record of driving process improvement and solving complex operational challenges.
• Experience engaging executive‑level stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions.
• Strong analytical ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing training programs, standardized processes, and operational best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, customer‑facing, field‑based environment and travel up to 60%.
• Valid driver’s license and residence near a major metropolitan area and commercial airport.
