Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

Moog is seeking a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support its Commercial Aircraft Operating Group. The HRBP will work onsite in Buffalo, NY, partnering with senior leaders across Global Engineering, Finance, and Business Management functions to drive performance and people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy talent and HR strategies aligned with functional division goals and enterprise HR programs.
• Provide strategic HR counsel to senior leaders, influencing organizational design, change management, and performance improvement.
• Lead critical talent management processes, including talent identification, performance management, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
• Own employee metrics, ensure data integrity, and use talent analytics to support long‑range business planning.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, HR IT, Talent, and Reward Centers of Excellence to continuously improve policies and initiatives.
• Travel up to 25% globally to understand leader priorities and build trusted relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years of team leadership.
• Proven ability to lead strategy development, organizational design, and change management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
