Strategic Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to drive analytical decision‑making and support Candid Health’s growth. In this role you will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Operations and leadership to execute business strategy and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L forecasting, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts and monthly reporting.
• Deep‑dive into gross margins and define CAC/LTV by customer segment.
• Conduct rigorous analysis on TAM, new product opportunities, partnerships and M&A to guide capital allocation.
• Leverage AI‑enabled FP&A tools to automate variance analysis and rolling forecasts, focusing on strategic questions.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of finance experience in strategic finance, investment banking or private equity, with a track record of forecasting and analytical decision‑making at a high‑growth company.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity to uncover root causes and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data into compelling stories for non‑finance stakeholders.
• “Player‑coach” attitude, proactively building templates, systems and using AI/automation to accelerate financial planning.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 per year.
• Equity participation with significant upside potential.
• Hybrid work model: four days onsite in San Francisco and one remote day per week.
