Store Shift Lead – Part‑time Retail Position

About the role

Join a leading national gasoline and convenience retailer as a part‑time Shift Lead. You will help deliver a courteous customer experience while supporting store operations and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service.
• Operating the cash register and handling transactions.
• Ensuring fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and performance goals.
• Backing up management duties such as paperwork, inventory ordering, equipment maintenance, and training new employees when needed.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old (higher minimum ages in certain states).
• High school diploma/GED or 6 months related experience.
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching and occasionally lift up to 50 lb.
