Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its Empire Outlets location in Staten Island. You will lead a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach a customer‑centric culture across sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed financial targets.
• Recruit, train, empower and motivate a high‑performing team.
• Oversee inventory control, payroll, employee relations and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for customers and staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of store management experience in retail.
• Passion for the Levi’s brand and the fashion industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and lead by example.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb and perform frequent movement, kneeling, reaching and ladder work.
